Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In small bowl, let oats soak in skim milk for about 30 minutes. In another small bowl, combine flour, baking soda; set aside. In large bowl combine splenda, promise spread, egg substitute, brown sugar, hershey unsweetened cocoa and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Gradually add flour and oat mixtures. Do not over stir! Stir in chocolate chunks.

Drop by level measuring tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Should make about 35 cookies!

Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes. Be careful, these cookies tend to come out VERY moist! If you want to let them cook a bit longer, they will be a little crispier.

Makes a deliciously guilt free 73 calorie cookie!!! 2 cookies for 150 calories? Any sparkdieter can afford that!!

for low carbers 13 carbs is a lot. Most of us do 22 for the day..so not all sparkers can do that. not sure why it is in the low carb section. - 8/28/16

Not sure what I could have done wrong. But these cookies were flat, stuck to the pan, so thin and the chocolate burned while cooking. Maybe the instructions should have said to grease a pan. And yes, when to add the butter as well.

    Disappointed............ - 11/5/07

Yes, I finally saw the new recipe!! The old one is worthless! Mine did not look like the picture. They were much flatter and softer. But good! I added flaxseed. - 11/3/07

These were pretty good, but I think I made them before the changes were made. Will definitely try again, and see how they are with the changes.

WHY DID YOU COMPLETELY CHANGE THE RECIPE FROM THE ORIGINAL?? Now anyone who like the original recipe doesn't have access to it, because you changed it! - 10/31/07

The original recipe that you submitted and I downloaded on 9/18 was incomplete. I see the new recipe has additional items. Am in the process of making a batch and noticed that the Promise fat free butter was not included in the instructions so I did not know when to add it. Dissapointed due to error - 10/5/07

    Wonderfull, I loved them - 9/29/07

They were okay but I think I'd rather have one "real" chocolate chip cookie than 3 of these. - 9/25/07

The recipe is not clear on what to do with the butter or what temp. to actually use. I used 350 and it seemed to work. These were just average cookies-nothing special. - 9/23/07

Sorry but these were really yucky! - 9/22/07

I says it makes 2 dozen cookies. It's just saying that 3 cookies = 150 calories, so it's not going to blow you're diet if you decide to eat 3. I might try to make them and see how they are... - 9/18/07

I'm confused! It says it makes "3 cookies" and then says 22 servings!! Someone please explain! - 9/18/07
