Low Carb Chocolate/Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients
*Splenda, 1 cup. or erythritolDecaffeinated Coffee, 4 tbs powderedCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp Hot Water, tap, 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Rum flavoring, 1/4 tspHeavy Whipping Cream, 2 cups, fluid *Milk, 2%, 2 cups
Directions
Mix together dry :Splenda, 1 cup. or erythritol,
Decaffeinated Coffee 4 tbs powdered,
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp .
Add: Hot Water 1/2 cup and mix well. Let Cool.
Add: Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp ,
Rum flavoring, 1/4 tsp,
Heavy Cream, 2 cups,
*Milk, 2%, 2 cups.
Mix well . add to and churn as per ice cream makers instructions. makes just over 1 1/2 quarts.
