3 1/2 cups all purpose flour1 1/2 cups butter (use 1 stick butter and 2 sticks of margarine)1 3oz package of sugar free jello (I used black cherry - wanted red for Christmas cookies)1 tsp baking powder1 cup white sugar (I used 1/2 cup of Splenda for baking)1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extractCream butter/margarine, Splenda, and jello. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Gradually add flour and baking powder. Blend until smooth.Refrigerate dough until firm (if using a cookie press, no need to refrigerate dough before use.) Otherwise roll into balls and press with the bottom of a glass with sugar. Use on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 - 6 minutes.
