Ginger-carrot smoothie

A few small carrots, choppedCabbage, spinach or whatever you have in your fridge/freeserOrange juice, pinapple juice or whatever you have in your fridgeA piece of fresh ginger root
Directions
Put everything in your blender and blend thoroughly. Serve in a tall glass - or put it in your travel mug and take it with you :)
