Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 15 oz can (not pumpkin pie filling)Milk, 1%, 1.5 cupEgg, fresh, 2 largeBrown Sugar, .5 cup, packed*Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tspSalt, .5 tspBaking Powder, .75 tspOld Fashioned Oats, 2.5 cup
combine wet ingredients. add dry ingredients. pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. cover with foil. bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until set.
serve right away or refrigerate leftovers. reheat or eat cold. great with additional milk or yogurt.
