Pumpkin Crunch Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
5 bone-in chicken thighs2 tbsp pumpkin puree1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp curry powder1 tsp dill weed1 tsp olive oilsalt to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and place in a baking dish. I used a Pyrex.
3. Combine all your spices, pumpkin, and oil in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over each of the chicken thighs.
5. Place in oven and cook at 375 for 45 minutes. Then, for extra crispiness, turn the oven up to 400 for the last twenty or so minutes, checking every ten minutes to see if things have gotten good and crispy!
