Cabbage Stew

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage shredded2 medium onions sliced thinly2 medium carrots diced2 stalks celery diced2 medium tomatoes diced1 package of onion soup mix2 cups beef broth1 large potato chopped2 boulion cubes beef1-2 can of cream of mushroom soup (depends on how creamy you like it) 1/2 - 1 cup milk1 table spoons butter
Directions
on medium heat melt 2 table spoons of butter
cook onions until tender
add cabbage, onions, celery, potato, tomatoes, beef broth, onion soup mix, boulion cubes, carrots and bring to boil.
Simmer and let cook 50 minutes.
Turn off and add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
add 1 cup milk, allow to heat through

Serving Size: makes 6-2cup servings
