spagetti squash with Mozerall cheese

Ingredients
1 spagetti squash, raw, cut in half lengthwize and deseededGarlic crutons, 2 servings1 cup of meatless spagetti sauce2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese, grated1/2 Cup diced tomotes with basil and garlic2 oz of mozzarella cheese
Directions
cut a small/ medium spagetti squash in half length wise, scoop out seeds. Place upside down in microwave safe dish, put an inch of water in dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Cook on high for 12 minutes. Mix sauce with tomatoes and warm them in microwave oven for 2 minutes after squash is done. Fill squash halves with a little sauce, add crutons then finish filling with the sauce. Top with cheese. Broil in oven until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Enjoy!
