Ingredients
Bisquik heartsmart pancake mix about one and three quarters cup.stonyfields fat free milk one cupwhole wheat flour 1/4 of a cup1 tsp of sugar or splenda2 tsp of cinnamon1/4 of a cup of egg beaters. This batter will be runny but it makes you have two big pancakes ...so you think you are having a lot of food when in fact you are eating a serving size.
Directions
add all ingred. in bowl and than mix until nice an smooth ...batter is runny but with a hot griddle or frying pan it will cook very fast ....when bubbles show all around outside of cake...flip to other side for 10 sec or so and than your bkft is done.
Serve with low carb juice and bestlife butter / lite syrup drizzle over the top.
