In a bowl mix herbs bread crumbs, chopped shallots
Cut lean turkey grounds for easier mixing. Add to above ingredients, mixing with large spatula.
Add egg substitute and tomato sauce, mixing well.
In a meatloaf pan, shape turkey loaf mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover then return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until nice brown color.
