Pumpkin Bread/ Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 8 oz. can of Libby's Pumpkin1 1/2 Cups of Milk4 Large eggs1 Bag of Bread Mix1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
Mix the Libby's Pumpkin
Milk
Eggs
Oil
Bread Mix

Mix until the texture looks like it'll pour easily into cupcake holders.

Then fill cupcake holders about half way

Bake on 350 for 18-20 minutes for a 12 cupcake pan

This recipe will make 36-40 cupcakes
