3 cups Quaker Oatmeal Old Fashioned2 packages Jell-o fat free sugar free instant pudding (any flavor)2 cups Milk, nonfat2 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies8 scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein - Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
Mix all ingredient thoroughly and spread in a cooking spray coated baking pan. Refrigerate 2 hours to set.
