1 c soaked cashews (soak 4-6 hrs), rinsed1/2 c packed pumpkin puree1/2 c white beans, rinsed and drained6 TBSP lemon juice1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp gigner1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp allspice (optional)pinch salt1 TBSP sugar1 pk stevia
Soak nuts for 4 - 6 hrs. Discard water.
Add all ingredients to a blend or food processor. Blend until silky smooth.
Refridgerate.
