coconut macaroons

3 egg whites1 cup sugar1/4 t alomnd extract1 t vanilla3 cups coconut
Directions
Beat egg whites, add extract, beat til peaks form. Fold in coconut. Drop spoonful on paper, top with cherry, bake 13-15 minutes at 350.
