1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1-2 Tbsp. fresh chives or green onions, chopped 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. dried dill weed 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Whisk together and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so until the dried herbs soften. If you find the dressing too thick you can thin it with a tablespoon or too of whipping cream or water.
This makes 2 cups or 24 tablespoons.
