1.25 pounds gala apples1.25 pounds jonathan apples1/2 cups splenda1/4 ccups of brown sugar splenda1 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp allspice1/8 tsp nutmeg
cored and peel all apples unless you like the added taste of the peels,. Cook on low for one hour to soften skins of you did not peel, Use an immersion blender to make into sauce. Add spices and sugars. transfer to slow cooker and simmer on low for 8 hours stirring occasionally. For last two hours torn on high with lid off, cook and stir until thicken to your liking. transfer to jars to freeze or do a hot water bath for 20 minutes. Enjoy
