Strawberry "ice cream" Sammiches :)

Ingredients
8 oz tub of Cool Whip Free6 oz serving of Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt12 graham crackers
Directions
Break the large graham crackers in half to make 24 (12 tops and 12 bottoms). Line a small cookie sheet with 12 of the halves (bottoms). Fold the yogurt and whipped topping together then gently spread across the graham cracker bottoms. Place the top 12 graham crackers on the "ice cream" mixture and place in the freezer until it is set enough to separate into individual sandwhiches easily. Wrap each one in plastic wrap and freeze until frozen through.


However, if you're house is anything like mine, they'll be gone in two days so I just throw them all in a freezer bag. :)
