Italian Chicken & Pasta

4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast1 jar Bertolli's Organic Spaghetti Sauce1 block Mozzarella Cheese (sliced thin)2 cups Whole Wheat Spaghetti1 can Libby's Organic Peas
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Place Chicken in 8" square baking pan.
Pour spaghetti sauce over top of chicken in pan.
Place sliced mozzarella over top covering all of the sauce.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil cover and bake an additional 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Meanwhile, prepare spaghetti noodles per package directions and warm the peas in a pan or microwave.
Serve chicken over noodles with peas on the side.
May also be served over wild rice if that's your thing.
Serves 6 (I recommend cutting each breast in half as this is a very filling dish).
