Zucchini Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
Zucchini, 12/3 cup, shreddedCarrots, raw, 1 medium, shreddedPortabella Mushrooms, 30 grams, finely dicedBeans, black, 2 tbspGrapeseed Oil, 3 tbspEgg, 1 largeDried Cranberries, 1/3 cupCoconut flour, 1/3 cupGarlic, 2 tspnHimalayan Pink Salt, 1 tspnPepper, black, 1 tspTrader Joe's Everyday Seasoning GrinderMushroom SeasoningOther seasoning
Directions
Shred the zucchini and carrots and add them to a bowl.
Finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the bowl of zucchini and carrots.
Add the black beans, 1.5 tbsp grape seed oil, egg, spices, and dried cranberries to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add a whisked egg to the ingredients and then mix again.
Add the flour, bits at a time, until well mixed.
You may want to add more flour, depends on your liking.

Heat a pan on medium heat and use the remaining 1.5 tbsp oil to coat the pan so the mixture will not stick.
Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
Place the patties into the heated pan and cook for approximately 7-10 minutes on each side (be sure to watch for burning since all stove temperatures vary).

You can serve immediately and top with Tartar sauce.
