CIAMOM's Eggnog Coffee

1/4 cup Best of the Egg egg substitute1/4 cup skim milk3 tsp. Splenda1/4 cup Cool Whip Free1/4 tsp. vanilla extract6 oz. brewed coffee (decaf or regular)dash of nutmeg
In small saucepan over medium heat, combine egg substitute, milk and Splenda. Cook, stirring continually, until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Stir in Cool Whip and vanilla.
Pour coffee into large mug; stir in eggnog. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy!
