Deviled egg salad

Ingredients
3 hard boiled eggs1 Tblsp light mayo1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp sugar1 tsp paprka2 tsp white vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut each hard-boiled egg in half and remove yolk. Set aside. In a small bowl combine mayo, mustard, sugar, paprika, vinegar, salt, pepper, and yolks until well mixed. Chop egg whites into bite size pieces. Add egg whites to yolk mixture and combine. Serve on bread, crackers, or eat alone.
