Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped6 cloves garlic, chopped2 medium/small zuccini, sliced thin2 medium carrots, chopped2 stalks celer, sliced thin2 onions, chopped fine2 medium tomatoes, choppedl lg chicken breast, chopped (Optional)8 cups water or chicken stock/broth (I use broth)2 bay leaves1/2 tsp cayenne peppersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Chop all vegetables (and chicken if adding). combine with spices and broth in large dutch oven. Let simmer til vegetables are tender. Serve with a warm crusty bread.
