Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
Soy sauce, Low SodiumFresh Ginger RootBrown SugarBlack Pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to small sauce pan and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring to avoid sticking to bottom. Once sauce coats the bottom of a spoon it is ready. Let cool and add to meat.

**can also be made Gluten Free by using wheat-free tamari***
