Low Calorie Oatmeal Scones

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Flour, white2 cup Oats (ground)1/4 Cup Sugar1 tbsp Baking Powder1/2 tbsp Salt1 Large Egg2/3 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened1/3 CupSkim MilkAdditional flavors may be added (Peaches, apples, oranges) but will affect the overall nutrition. I like to drain a can of peaches, blend, and pour into the dough. More flour may be needed.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix all of dry ingredients (separate)
3. Mix all of other ingredients (separate)
4. Combine and blend togethor
5. Add optional ingredients at this time
6. Use a spoon to drop each serving onto a greased cookie sheet
7. Optional - Beat 1 egg white and brush on each scone
8. Optional - Sprinkle sugar on the top of each scone
9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
