Ravioli and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1.5 T olive oil3 Bell Peppers (I used 1 green, red, and yellow)1 Onion2 cloves minced garlic1/4 t crushed red pepper1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes1 cup Vegetable broth1.5 cup hot water1 teaspoon dried basil or marjoram1 package Buitoni Whole Wheat Four Cheese Ravioli
Directions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add peppers, onion, garlic and red pepper. Cook 1 minute then add all other ingredients except ravioli. Bring to a roiling boil. Cook ravioli as directed.
