* Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)poached with bay leaf and crushed red pepper flake (30 minutes) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) * Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz (remove) * thai curry seasoning 1/2 tsp, 4 serving (remove) * *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp (remove)
Allow chicken breast to cool. combine Tahia curry seasoning mix with yogurt and mayo and allow to et in fridge. meanwhile chop onion and celery. cube cooled cooked chicken and add to veggies combine with yogurt mixture.
