Herb-Parmesian Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 cup of flour of choice3 tbsp egg whites1 cup of Panko Crispy Bread Crumbs Italian Style3 tbsp of shredded parmesian cheese4 boneless breast filet pounded to a 1 inch thickness
Directions
Take a baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cheese and bread crumbs together. Place bread crumb mixture, flour and eggwhites on separate plates. Dip chicken breast one at a time into the flour, then dip into egg white, finally dip the chicken breast into the bread crumb mixture and lay it on the awaiting baking pan. Repeat with each breast then place in hot oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees in it's thickest parts. WAH - LA you have a scumptious main course for any occassion.
