Veggie Sausage

Ingredients
1 14 oz chub Gimme Lean Sausage Style.25 cup garbanzo bean flourAdditional seasonings to tasteOli to brush on pan
Directions
Mix all but oil together completely, by hand if needed. Form into 4 portions; shape into patties, balls (number divisible by 4), or some of each.
For patties, brush pan with small amount olive or canola oil, cook over medium heat for about 4 min/side or until browned and firm.
For balls, bake on sprayed foil-lined pan at 350 for 15-20 min (same doneness).
Serve with sauce or gravy.
