broccoli casserole

Ingredients
16-20 oz broccoli florets1/2 pound of velveeta cheese1 stick of butter1 sleeve of ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions
Heat oven to 325.
Steam 16-20 oz of broccoli until just tender, then pour in 7x11 pan
Melt the cheese, and half stick of butter in microwave.
Melt remaining butter and mix with cracker crumbles.
Pour cheese mix over broccoli and then sprinkle crackers over entire dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 325.
Makes 8 1.5 cup servings
