Kale & Quinoa Salad with Pumpkin Seeds, Parmesan and Dried Cranberries

Ingredients
8 Cups Shredded Kale, chopped1/2 Cup Quinoa1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries or other berry1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese
Directions
Cook Quinoa in large pot, (1.5 cups water, .5 cups Quinoa in covered pot for about 15 minutes- ad salt to water for taste)
Combine Quinoa and Kale
Add Pumpkin Seeds, dried berries and cheese
Mix well- add Salt and Pepper

Serve!
