Beef Stew with matzoh balls!

Beef cubes - chopped into bite-sized piecesflourblack pepperEVOOOnion, turnip, acorn squash, carrot, zucchini -- all cubed into bite-sized pieceswaterorganic boullion cube - the herb onematzoh balls (prepared in water, according to the directions, and made bite-sized as well)
1) toss cubed beef in flour and black pepper and fry in large soup pot in EVOO until brown on all sides, and remove to a bowl
2) in same pot, add water, and scrape bottom of the pot and whisk together, bring to a boil
3) add veggies, and meat and simmer for 1.5 hours with broth cube
4) add matzah balls and leave covered for another 5-10 minutes
5) serve and ENJOY!!!
Serving Size: makes about 10 good-sized bowls
