Shrimp Stirfry

Ingredients
1.5 cups fresh broccoli2 tsp olive oil1 tsp minced garlic1 medium scallion, sliced1 large mushroom, sliced or chopped7 large shrimp1 cup cabbage / bagged fresh cole slaw mix1/4 cup water chestnuts1/2 cup baby corn1/4 cup mung bean sprouts1 tsp teriyaki sauce
Directions
Can stir fry the whole thing together but I prefer to do it in sections.

1. hot pan, stir fry 1 tsp olive oil with broccoli and mushrooms for about 3 minutes.

2. push broccoli and mushrooms to the side. Add other 1 tsp of oil, shrimp, garlic and scallions. Stir fry for about 2 minutes and turn shrimp.

3. add on top - cabbage, baby corn and water chestnuts. Let cook for another 2 minutes and then stir. Add in teriyaki and cook for another minute or two. Taste, salt or soy sauce if desired.

4. Plate and top with raw mung bean sprouts.
