I left out the Worcestershire sauce and only used about half the soy sauce. It was thicker than a marinade, so I just spread it on like a glaze. I also added some ginger and some Thai spice blend that went really well with the peanut flavor. - 3/9/08

  • I love Salmon and this gave me a new way to cook it, however it was a bit messy. Not enough liquid to make it a marinade. I added Lime juice to help. Put it over some rice. It was okay, but again nothing to special. - 2/7/08
