Sounds interesting. How much is a "piece" of salmon? Do you mean a large fillet since the serving size is for 2? I have not been able to find low fat crunchy style peanut butter (only creamy), but I'll give it a try with my regular stuff. I never heard of cooking a fish scale side up either.
