Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was very good but you neglected to include all the ingredients in the nutritional info.
Made this tonight and it was very tasty. Squeezed the lemon and grated the ginger, so not quick. Skipped the sugar & tried white balsamic. Seemed salty, even with lo-sodium soy sauce. Skin stuck to the pan. Next time, I'll marinate & then bake this to avoid standing over the stove. Hubby liked it.
(I wish I had had cilantro!) I turned this into a marinade - kept the proportions and made one cup - I left out the sugar, used white balsamic vinegar (it's sweet), used grated onion, garlic, ginger, added a tsp. of black pepper, marinated for 2 hours and then baked it! My family inhaled the stuff!
