2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.50 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tsp Salt 1.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.75 cup Betty Crocker Potato Buds(as pkgd) 2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
boil milk, water, and butter, add salt pepper, remove from heat and mix in potato buds.
