Mushroom Potato Soup

Ingredients
One onion, slicedRed potatoes, dicedsliced mushroomschicken brothbeef brothLow fat cream cheese
Directions
Carmelize the onions in the margarine. Add the mushrooms and saute. Add beef and chicken broth. Add potatoes that have been cubed. Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender. Add cream cheese (it will melt and make the soup creamy)
