Korma Curry

Ingredients
1 packet Korma curry paste (Asian Home Gourmet)450g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces1 tbsp Cooking oil1 large Onion, finely chopped1 cup Water2 tbsp Coconut cream
Directions
1. Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on medium heat.
Add onion and spice paste; stir fry for 2 minutes.

2. Add meat ; stir fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the water. Bring to a boil.

3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut cream before serving. Serve hot.

Serve with steamed rice.
