Pam's mini crock pot chicken soup

Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped * White beans, small, Goya canned, 15.5 oz * Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) * Salt, 1 dash * Pepper, black, 1 dash * Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoon
Directions
Put all ingredients into a crock pot, cover, cook on high 6 hours. You may add anything you want to this; broccoli, a can of tomatoes, but make sure you adjust the water so that it is no more than 1 inch from the top of the crock pot.
