Low Carb Breaded BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup *Pork Rines BBQ, 1 oz
Directions
Put chicken thighs in egg beater and let soak for however long you would like. Crush up pork rines. I used bbq kind but you could use plain. Remove chicken from eggs and coat in the pork rines Bake
