Penny's Mashed Red Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs red potatos4 tbs country crock margarine3/4 c 1 % milk
Directions
peal and rinse potatoes, cut into quarters, boil in 5 qt. pot when potatoes slide off fork with ease they are done. drain water off and rinse. place in a med bowl and add mikl and margarine. mash to desired consistancy.
