Healthy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
20 oz ground turkey breast5 TBSP Ketchucp 1 small white onion, finely choppedWorchestershire Sauce to taste1 large egg1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs (whole wheat bread food processed with some thyme, oregano, and garlic seasoning) Black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly blended. Shape into a football and place in a baking dish. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until all the pink is gone from the middle of the loaf.
