Sweet Potato Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Flour1-1/2 tbsp Butter, salted2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar1 Egg plus 1 egg white 1 fl oz Milk, 1% 1/3 cup Sweet potato, cooked, mashed1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground1/2 tspVanilla Extract1/4 tspGinger, ground1/2 tspCinnamon, ground1/4 tsp Orange extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine, flour, baking powder, spices in bowl; set aside. Mash sweet potatoes in a separate bowl; set aside. Combine sugar, butter, sour cream until smooth; add egg, vanilla and orange extracts, and sweet potato. Mix until smooth. Add flour; mix, add milk and remaining flour, mix but don't overbeat. Pour into grease/floured 7"-8" pan. Bake at 325 for 20 min; increase temp to 350 and bake additional 15 min. Remove from oven and cool 15 min. Remove from pan and cool 15 min.
