Pressure-cooked Hummus

Garbanzo beans(chickpeas) dried 1/4 c., 1 cupGarlic (1 clove), 2.5 serving Lemon juice, 2 tbspCumin seed, .25 tbsp Tahini, 2 tbspSalt to taste
1. Soak the garbanzo beans overnight
2. Rinse and put the garbanzo beans in 6 cups of water and pressure cook the garbanzo beans for 20 minutes(and let the pressure drop naturally).
3. Remove the beans from the pressurecooker(SAVE THE JUICES) and add the beans to a blender.
4. Add in the other ingredients and 1/2 a cup of the chickpea juice
5. Blend until creamy(add more of the juice to make more watery if desired).
6.Add salt to taste
7. ENJOY THIS DELICIOUSNESS!
