28 raw shrimp (medium)whole grain pasta (1box)1 can La Choy Stir Fry Vegetables1/2 green pepper sliced1/2 large onion sliced2 medium carrots sliced diagonally2 medium scallions chopped2 cloves of garlic chopped1 tbs of garlic powder1 tbs of Canola oil2 tbs sesame oil1 tbs chili oilsalt and pepper to taste
slice all veggies1/4 inch thick, rinse and drain canned stir fry veggie, saute veggies in Canola oil set aside. boil and strain pasta noodles ,add garlic powder set aside, saute shrimp, garlic in 1tbs sesame oil set aside. Combine all ingredients with remaining sesame and chile oil and stir mixing all ingredients well. salt and pepper to taste
