Easy Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 Idaho medium raw potatoes with skin1 32 oz container Swanson 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth2 tsp chopped garlic (my family loves garlic - so to your taste)1/2 cup chopped yellow onion1/2 cup chopped celery2 dashes (approx tsp) of Worcestire Sauce1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning (from Costco) 1/2 tsp Basil flakes1 Bay Leaf1 cup water
Directions
Chop potatoes with skin on add to pot covering with Chicken broth, boil until tender, then simmer on low. Meanwhile chop onion and celery sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning, then saute in another pan with Pam- Olive Oil Non-Stick spray. When celery and onions clear add to potatoes and broth. Now add Worcestire Sauce, crushed garlic and basil. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.Remove bay leaf.Add 1 cup of water, stir. Place into blender, puree. Return to pan and reheat through and serve.
If too thick add a small amount water.
