No-crust pumpkin pie / pumpkin custard

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk1 can pumpkin2 eggs (or egg substitute)2 Tbsp. suconat, brown sugar, or artificial sweetner1 Tbsp. molasses1 tsp. vanillapumpkin pie spice to taste (cinnamon, ginger, cloves)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325F for 30 to 45 minutes (until set). Serve warm or chilled, with a bit of whipped cream.
