Balsamic Vinegarette

Ingredients
2 teaspoons yellow mustard2 teaspoons dried tarragon1 dessert spoon honey2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed1/2 cup vegetable or sunflower oil1/2 balsamic vinegar, or less to tastefreshly ground peppercorns, to taste
Directions
makes 10- 2 Tablespoon servings

Combine all ingredients except balsamic vinegar. (Works well to shake ingredients in a serving jar or bottle with lid.)

Add balsamic vinegar gradually, to taste.
