Green tomato pie

Ingredients
Crust:2 C flour2/3 C shortening1/2 tsp saltFilling:5 C sliced green tomatoes1 1/4 C sugar3 Tbsp corn starch1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1 Tbsp lemon juice1 tsp grated lemon rindCut shortening into flour and salt till consistency of cornmeal. Add enough ice water to make pastry.Mix all ingredients for filling, pour into pie shell, top with pie crust. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes.
