Apple Lunch Cake

Ingredients:Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 100 gramsEgg, fresh, 1 medium Milk, nonfat, 50 grams has to be in powdered form to hold the cake togetherCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise 30 gramsApples, fresh, 1 in slices Baking Powder, 2 tsp Flour, whole grain, 25 Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3 tsp
All the ingredients mixes together in a bowl except the apple.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish to one person and push the apple slices into the cake making a nice decoration on top. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Place the dish in the oven for about 30 minutes on 200 c.
This cake can be eat both hot or cold. Serve it with the Egg sandwich recipe
